Find an event and manage your RSVP
In this lesson
Read the event details and record whether you plan to attend.
An event listing gives you the details you need before you commit time to it. Check the schedule and location before you RSVP.
Open the calendar
Go to Calendar and look at upcoming events. Open an event to read its description, host information when present, and any location or online join link.
The calendar displays times in your local context and identifies the event timezone. Read the date and timezone information carefully, especially when the host is in another region.
Choose your RSVP
Select Going when you plan to attend. Choose Maybe when you are interested but cannot commit yet. If your plans change, return to the event and update or remove your RSVP.
The attendance information helps you see who plans to be there. It also gives the host a clearer sense of expected participation.
Join from the event details
For an online event, use the join link provided in the listing. For an in-person event, follow the location details. Reopen the event before it starts so you have the current information.
If there are no upcoming events yet, return later. You can still finish this lesson by identifying where the calendar and event details appear.
