Lockers support
Email support@lockers.social with the community address, what you were trying to do, and the error you saw. A screenshot can help; remove private information first. Never send a password, verification code, or full payment-card number.
Course sales and paid memberships
Selling is available after the Locker owner connects a Stripe account and completes payment setup.
Read the course and membership payment guide for selling models, fees, and payment setup.
Sign-in and verification
Sign-in happens on lockers.social. Selecting Sign in on a community site takes you there and returns you to the community. Use the email address associated with your account. Check spam folders for a verification message. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset a forgotten password. If a code is rejected or never arrives, contact support with your account email and community address. If you lost your authenticator and have no recovery codes, contact support so we can verify account ownership and help restore access.
Community access, courses, and events
Contact your community's staff about its content, course availability, event details, or a membership restriction. Lockers support can help with platform errors. One Lockers account can belong to more than one community, and access is managed separately in each.
People and member records
Owners and admins open Admin, then People, to find members and pending invitations. Private notes, tags, follow-up dates, and saved views stay inside that Locker and are not included in the content ZIP export. Find members and follow up in People covers who can see them and what happens if an account is deleted.
Your Locker’s Pro subscription
The community owner can open Admin, then Settings, then Locker subscription to manage that Locker’s Pro subscription or cancel its next renewal. Review the end date displayed there. A Pro subscription belongs to one Locker and is separate from members’ course purchases or paid memberships. Scheduling Pro cancellation leaves member renewals running while Pro remains active. Once Pro entitlement expires, Lockers automatically sets member subscriptions to stop renewing at their current period end, with paid-through access preserved. Pro subscription payments are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Closing a Locker queues its Pro cancellation, but can be blocked until member purchases and subscriptions are resolved. If you cannot open billing, email support with the Locker address and receipt reference. Do not send a full card number.
