Add a profile people recognize

Your name and profile photo appear alongside your contributions. A short bio gives another member a reason to start a conversation with you. Update your profile Open your account or avatar menu and go to your profile settings. Choose a display name that people in the community will recognize. Upload a clear photo, then add a short bio about what you do or what you are working on. Your display name can contain up to 60 characters. Your bio can contain up to 280 characters, so one or two specific sentences are usually enough. Include only information you want other community members to read. Write a useful bio A practical starting point is: “I work on [type of work]. I joined this community to learn about [topic].” Replace the brackets with your own details. A current project or area of interest gives people more context than a broad list of skills. Save your changes before you leave. Your profile identity is shared across the Lockers communities you belong to. Your role and community activity belong to each individual community.
